Dress up time!!

As I mentioned before, David and Heidi are getting married! I am not quite sure on the date. But I know it is in July. A few weeks ago Peter took Mars, Ria, Gabrielle, and I to his store, Down East outfitters, to try on outfits for the wedding.
Because of my out going attitude why we where there, I ended up trying on all of our options.

I really wish I had so much to say about this.
But sadly I am not very informed.
What I do know though is that Kaytlyn recently had her last Jazz Band Performance!
Mara was also in it, but Mars is only a sophomore this year so she still has 2 years to go! yay!! (;
The concert was the day of our stake Young Woman's Recognition so sadly Ria and I couldn't go, I know that some family, and a lot of friends attended.
And that it was WONDERFUL!!
Kaytlyn is seriously sooo amazing! I love how much you sets her heart to things, I have recently grown really close with Kaytlyn, we have so much fun driving around in her "dolphin" car. Kaytlyn has a laugh that really touches people, it is so adorable. I love her lots.
By the way, Kaytlyn is moving out this summer! She is planning on moving into the basement of Michael and Erins house with her best friend Karla. And will hopefully be starting school at BYU soon!

David? Engaged?

David is now engaged!
David proposed to his girlfriend Heidi in St. George... some time within the last month or something. (: ha.
Time doesn't matter right?
They seem very happy to be engaged and let me tell you,
HER RING IS HUGE!
It is so gorgeous. Props to Dave. (:
I hope that everything turns out great with them!
I hear that the wedding is sometime in July! I'll keep you posted!

too many pieces!

There are 12 months in a year. Out of those 12, about 10 of the months you can show up at my house and see a puzzle being worked on in the family room.
Lately we have been doing puzzles like crazy!
Our long time neighbors, the mildenstines, had a yard sale right before they moved.
Mars saw that they where giving away puzzles so she bought about eight 1000 pieces puzzles.
And we have done 3 of them so far. We are working on the 4th right now.
This week we finished 2 of them, one took 2 days and the other took under 10 hours.
As you can tell, we have a lot of time on our hands when we are out of school. (:

3D MONSTERS?

Mother and Daddy took the day off of work today to do something fun with the kids.
Dad has been talking about seeing the new movie "Monsters VS. Aliens" in the theater.
So this morning we all jumped in the car to see the movie together.
Peter down to Emma, Mom, Dad, Genevieve, and her little boy Josh all threw our 3D glasses on to enjoy the movie!
It was a pretty good movie, and we all got a few laughs out of it.
Some not even from the movie, like little joshes head, with those huge glasses on! So adorable.
The sad part is that mom got a little motion sickness after wards. She seems to be doing fine though. few!
After the movie Kat Ria Gabrielle Emmy and I got large ice cream twists from Maceys and went and ate them at this bridge place. We are all shocked that we finished them!

I love my family! Spending time with them always cheers me up.
This last Monday for FHE (family home evening) we played "Mother may I"
Kat was the "mother" and she had us cartwheeling, and summer salting all over the place!
It was such a great game!
After I won. (: (Yay!) Daddy came out with his guitar and we sang songs together on the front lawn.
It was so much fun. Just like old times.
I'm so glad that we have the chance to be here together, and that families can be together forever.
Even though we have hard times, I want to be with my family forever!

Star!!!...?

I love my sisters! Kat (Kaytlyn 17) Mars (Mara 16) Ria (Maria 12) and I (Leah 15) went to hike the Y today! Except we didn't make it! yay! We saw this other trail, the bountiful trail or something. So we decided we would try it. It was quite the adventure! We took pictures of us jumping, screaming, and well, just being girls! It was so much fun! Daddy brought out his binoculars and let Joshua, Gabrielle, and Emma find us on the trail from our house! It was a blast. Girls just wanna have fun!

Purple Balloons

As some of you may know. Sylvia and Hyrum have this clubhouse. Yesterday (Thursday) Sylvia invited the girls to watch a movie there. We couldn't get the movie to work in the theater room, but we still had fun watching it upstairs! We watched the Game Plan and had a lot of laughs. There where some purple balloons floating in the room. And all throughout the movie someone would mention the balloons "Wow! there are balloons! look guys!" Everyone did it. Shows how much us sisters actually listen to each other!

Peter is an eagle!
Last Saturday Peter, Cameron, and Chance celebrated their achievement.
It was a wonderful celebration, and we had great food after!
The eagles nest was huge!
So many people showed up to congratulate the 3 boys.
Including Aunt Hannah and her family.
It was great to see everyone come together!

I have no clue what I would do without them!
Some of my best friends are my family though.
Even though my siblings and I are way too good at our job,
